End-of-tenancy cleaning starts from £170. The final price depends on the property and the work required.
10. How much does office cleaning cost?
Office cleaning starts from £25 per hour. Customers provide cleaning products and equipment. Final arrangements are confirmed when quoting.

Prices start from £170, with the final quotation based on your property.
28. Will end-of-tenancy cleaning guarantee my deposit back?
No. A cleaning service cannot guarantee a deposit return or a particular inventory inspection outcome.
Deposit decisions depend on the tenancy agreement, property condition and other relevant factors.
29. Is carpet cleaning included in end-of-tenancy cleaning?
Specialist carpet cleaning is not automatically included. Please request it separately unless it is expressly included in your agreed quotation.
